A tri-renewable energy plan for northern California was announced by the Redwood Coast Energy Authority of Eureka, California. It will augment an existing DG Fairhaven biomass 18 MW plant with 20 MW of wind and 20 MW of wave generated energy by Ocean Power Technology.
